I couldn’t get the plant out of the pot, had to drill it off. The roots were jammed solid, so the plant must have been in this pot for ages. Dont expect the plant to last a week. Havent got time to contact customer services as always in work when the helplines are open. Absolutely disgusted that they could sell that plant to anyone. Will never buy plants from here again

Zz’s are supposed to be root bound and tight in their containers. This is when they produce new growth. I bought mine in early summer and got about 10 new stems by the end of summer. So it was a very happy plant. Lovely plant and very pleased. Even bought another as they make great gifts for plant newbies since they are hard to kill.
