These are nice but extremely difficult to assemble. The holes arnt cut properly and my husband and I took a couple of hours to assemble them, some of the screws still don’t fit at all

Screw holes do not line up. Really frustrating. I bought two. I’m not even opening the second one, just returning. I’ll try again with the first one but may return due to it being impossible to put together. I was excited about this range bit it’s very disappointing.

I purchased two of these chairs and had an absolutely terrible time trying to assemble them. The holes were misaligned in several key places so that the chair seats and backs are not securely attached. Extremely frustrating, made worse by the fact that no Customer Service phone number is available, and I got disconnected from the Help Web Chat, so no way to get resolution to the badly-constructed chairs.

I really like these chairs, but the assembly was more difficult than it should have been because of some inaccurate positioning of drilled holes.
