I got the frames in yesterday, I got my canvas prints in them just now, these frames are so much nicer and sturdier than I thought they would be. The closures on the back are not flimsy. I really like these a lot, I bought 4 more at the same time, in hopes they would be decent from same company, should be in tomorrow, so happy with this purchase. They also have 2 sets of inserts for smaller pics

Exactly what I was looking with the matting, it makes the picture brighter and bigger. Very well made. Easy to remove backing. I also love the narrow sides of the frame. And the price is right for these 7 high quality frames. I highly recommend these!

I really like this style a lot. Good hangers and clips to put the pictures in, though they are a bit flimsy.
Last time I ordered this the frames came scratched up and damaged though.

They are big and the weight isn’t so heavy. The box it came in did have cuts and dents in it. But I am happy to say the frames weren’t touched. I don’t know what the white lil things are for in the picture. Looks almost like nails. Can anyone explain how to use them? 3 big frames for a great price. Can’t wait to put my pastel work in them.

These frames were a really great deal so I snapped them up. Unfortunately, two of them (one small, one medium) arrived with their glass broken. Tbh, I was kind of annoyed because I knew that returning them and reordering would risk receiving another batch with breakage (we’ve all seen those videos about how boxes are thrown around!). When I began the return process. Amazon suggested I contact the manufacturer instead and wow, that was a fabulous idea! SongMics promptly responded to my complaint (I was very polite, natch). They needed a few details which I provided and, although they were unable to replace the two frames, they did offer a partial refund which I accepted. Gotta say, it was all very smooth. Thanks, SongMics!
