It’s a beautiful frame. Downside I couldn’t figure out how to insert photo. Couldn’t find any info on line. Finally discovered on one of the corners is a 4 mm gap in the plastic cover of the frame. Take a pin and pop it out to remove frame cover. Then once u insert ur photo u snap the cover over it

The description does not specify if the photo could be vertical or horizontal for this frame. There was one photo showing a framed picture vertically and another framed picture horizontally. The only way a customer would know is by watching the video (which I did now that I received the frame). Would have been nice to know before I ordered! Disappointed that I need to have new photos printed now.
