Do not buy this furniture, it is not READY ASSEBELD !!!!! The cushions do not fit to the top of the back of sofa, or chairs, I have had it a week !!!!! it is not designed to withstand the element’s of weather AT ALL !!!!!!! its is very badly stained from rain water, I am so disappointed to say the least, I will be investigating a full refund (or guarantee of replacement and will not look like its 10 years old after a week) I hope Dunelm will have the Customer Care to contact me after this review !!!! Very POOR Indeeed

Like your previous reviewer, I only bought the grey conversation garden set because it was described as ‘ready assembled’. I was very disappointed to find it had to be assembled. I tried to put it together but I found it very difficult. I now see that the description has changed and it has been made clear that assembly is required. I’ve contacted customer service and am awaiting a detailed response.

Sadly, after just one very short rain shower, the seat cushions on this set were completely stained with running rainwater marks. Although the product guidance states use a breathable cover when not in use, it really needs to say ‘don’t allow any rainwater to get on the cushions’. So only had for two weeks and already ruined. Very sad.

As the previous reviews stated, it got stained so easily by a little rain water. Apart of that, it already shows signs of corrosion after only a month and a half staying on a balcony. Unacceptable for something supposedly to stand outdoor.
Thought it would be easy –
A nightmare to put together none of the holes matched up 🤦♀️
