I have been looking for the perfect curtains for a while. I have 9ft ceilings so buying curtains at IKEA, or even Amazon never could provide the right length. I purchased 120 in blue, so they’re a bit long but at least they’re not short. I had read that they weren’t full blackout, but they are very close. my windows are 9 feet tall and a lot of light comes in and I was having to use portable suction cup blackout curtains, but they were such a pain to take on and off. I took them off and replace them with the drapes. Very nice. The quality seems very good. I will buy more for my master bedroom. I gave four stars instead of five because in the pictures, it looks like they are pleaded when hanging on hooks. But they’re only sewn for pull through and personally pull through curtains are not the vibe I’m going for, so I have to create my own workaround to make them look like they’re pleated.

Not paid to leave this review but honestly these curtains are beautiful. I do believe this is actual velvet and is very soft. I went for the dark slate and it was exactly the color I was looking for. Be sure to scroll through the listing because if you want blackout you have to make sure you pay attention and choose that option. I have bought 10 panels of the slate blue and 4 panels of the gold so that is just me letting you know these are good heavy duty curtains. My windows do not face the sun so I cannot say 100 percent you won’t get some light in. I haven’t though because my windows are on the sides of the home. I would highly recommend. P.S. there is another brand that looks similar except the backing is black so watch for that as I cannot vouch for the company.

I bought the dusty blue color and am a fan of the velvet. Really elevated the space. I love the thickness of these curtains but beware of steaming them. They will leave marks due to the heat. You can’t iron them so getting the wrinkles out was a challenge. I returned the first set and took them to the dry cleaners the second time around and even they burned the velvet in one spot. They are great at blocking out the light, are lined and for the price I think they were a great deal. Loved that they had matching throw pillows too. I used 4 panels for fullness and clips for hanging them. I haven’t washed them so can’t comment on that but for the guest bedroom they work well. I would recommend you dry clean them and tell them to not use high heat though. The sellers were great about exchanging them which I really appreciated!

Absolutely beautiful curtains, went with the lined and they have a very nice heavy/quality feel to them. Was hoping the color looked like the picture and they didn’t disappoint (truffle). Will buy more of these.

These are great for the price. Never had velvet curtains before. I wasn’t sure of the back as I like the ones to the right that are different ones I ordered from Amazon. (HPD half price drapes in Jalapeño green) ( $50 for 1 panel). I like the color of these better as they are a little more rich in color. They are light as the ones with lining are heavier which I wish these were a little more heavy. But for the price it totally works.
Think I’m going with the HPD ones as they have the heavy luxury feeling when you open and close them witch I love.

I’m so happy with these velvet beige room darkening curtains! They look absolutely beautiful — the velvet has such a soft, elegant texture, and the beige color adds a warm, cozy feel to the room. They do a great job blocking out sunlight, making the room feel much darker and cooler, especially in the afternoon.
They hang nicely, have a good weight to them, and instantly made the space look more polished and put together. I’m seriously impressed with the quality for the price — I’d definitely recommend these if you want curtains that are both stylish and functional!
