These frames are beautiful, and exactly what I wanted. That being said, after ordering 9 frames (3 boxes), 3/9 had broken glass. I returned that box for a new one, and 1/3 frames had broken glass. I feel like it’s a never ending game of “will they be broken”.

Update: Returned – hanging hardware is just too much of an obstacle or impediment. Also, the silver, though not so noticeable at first, has an off-putting gold or yellowish yew in certain light. The backs are a reflection of poor workmanship. The frames are plastic and not sturdy enough to hold the heavy glass – leads to broken/cracked glass if held by one side. Note the notation about many returns – recommend looking at the critical reviews.
Don’t recommend. Original review: These are attractive frames and the price, especially for the silver, is very reasonable. The mats are top quality. BUT: – There are a lot of staples on the back, I suggest using a very small flathead screwdriver to pry them up gently and removing them with a pair of pliers (but it does leave holes); – Trying to hang them by aligning mounting nails with the hanging loops is extremely difficult and time consuming. I found it best to buy some craft wire and run it from loop to loop; – I noticed that one frame appears to be bowing; and, – The packaging needs improvement (I received one frame with a cracked glass.) Replaced.
